Independent Production Manager

Iain Synnott works as a multidisciplinary theatre technician ranging from lighting and set to stage/production management. Having graduated from The Lir Academy in 2023, Iain has worked both nationally and internationally on various productions and events.

Iain’s recent work includes;

Assistant Stage Manager for Matthew Bournes Edward Scissorhands UK/International Tour, Production Manager for GAMMY by Kate Finegan and Production Manager for Sibeal Devitts Minseach.

Iain also works as company stage manager for Teac Damsa’s NOBODADDY (2024) and How to be a Dancer in Seventy-two Thousand Easy Lessons (2022) as well as working on MÁM (2019) as an ASM & DSM.

Line Producer

Fiona Keller is a creative producer with many years of experience in stage management and production roles for Theatre and Live Events. Recent credits include, Producer for BITCH by Marty Breen, Dublin Fringe Festival ( Winner Best Performer and Radical Spirit of Fringe Award), Line Producer for Scenofest, a festival of talks and workshops by the Irish Society of Performance Designers in Project Art Centre and Line Producer for United Fall for their upcoming national tour of Night Dance.

Laura Murphy


Laura Murphy

Independent Production Manager

After graduating from University College Cork with her degree in Drama and Theatre Studies, Laura worked as a technician and tutor in Granary Theatre in University College Cork. She later joined Draíocht, Blanchardstown as Technical Stage Manager. She is now a freelance stage manager and technician working in youth arts, theatre, opera and dance with credits including Levin&Levin for BrokenCrow, Violet Gibson with Noggin Theatre, Tradoodle Festival and Wunderground for Ceol Connected, Alice and the Wolf, Swansong and Elves and the Shoemakers for Barnstorm, Horse, Ape, Bird and Tosca for Irish National Opera, SILENT, Outrage and The Humours of Bandon for Fishamble, Making Waves for Jess Rowell Dance, Grey Matterand Polar Bear and Penguin by Paul Curley. Assistant stage manager credits include Heaven by Fishamble and The Piece With the Drums by Cois Céim Dance Theatre.
