Associate Producer

Mags is Producer for Dead Centre Theatre Company, a field:arts Associate Company.

Mags Keohane is the producer of Dead Centre Theatre Company. She is also currently producing Cork Dance Initiative’s debut project In It For The Long Run at Cork Midsummer Festival 2021, and working with Galway based theatre maker Róisín Stack on her new work No Woman is an Island supported by Dublin Theatre Festival’s FUTURES programme. 

Mags has produced a number of other productions including Idlewild by Jimmy Murphy with Glass Mask Theatre 2018, and Spliced by writer-performer Timmy Creed. Spliced, a site-specific multidisciplinary performance, had it’s Irish premiere at Cork Midsummer Festival 2018, UK premiere at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2019 programmed by the Traverse Theatre and went on to tour nationally. 

Mags was a participant in Druid’s FUEL residency programme 2019. She graduated with distinction from a Theatre Practices MLitt at the University of Glasgow. While living in Scotland Mags worked with various cultural organisations including Edinburgh International Science Festival, Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society and Northlight Heritage.
